What is a group
A group created in SeeYouAt must include at least one other member in addition to who creates it; therefore a group is a set of members (registered to SeeYouAt) and each of these members is enabled to create one or more events. The events created will have as participants the same members of the group plus any guests added to the event. A group can have one or more administrators, and these administrators have special privileges that allow them to manage and administer the group better. Each group created in addition to its members can be identified with a name and an image of the group.
How to create a group
From the main screen of the SeeYouAt app, click on the + button and select the group option as the creation item. Select all the contacts needed to create the group; the available contacts will only be those in your phone book and who have already registered with the Seeyouat app. For the creation of a group it is necessary that in addition to you there is at least one other person and a maximum of 49 others (For a total currently set at 50 people). Once you have selected the desired contacts to create the group, click on next to access the last phase of creating the group. The last part of creating the group displays the list of contacts previously chosen as a summary and allows you to enter the name and icon of the group. For both, the insertion is done simply by clicking on the area and proceeding to the selection or insertion of the text.
Group icon
The group icon can be inserted at the time of the creation of the latter or later. A group may or may not have an identifying icon; this is at the free choice of the members of the group who can add, replace or delete it at any time. To make one of these options, simply click on the group icon directly:

In all meadows where the group icon appears
Based on the status of the icon (Present or not present) it will be possible to:
Insert it if currently not present yet
View it and then replace or delete it
The icon image can be uploaded via:
Camera: allows (with the user's consent) to take a photo and use it as a group image
Gallery: allows (with the user's consent) to select ua of the photos in the phone gallery
Web: allows you to search for a photo on the internet and use it as a group image
Invite unregistered contacts toSeeYouAt
If your contacts are not yet registered on SeeYouAt during the creation of the group you can click on them and invite them via:
They will receive (based on the type of communication chosen above) a link to download the app and start using SeeYouAt's services immediately. This feature, in addition to being present during the creation of a group, is also available in the Settings - Sent Friend section
Group administrator
By creating a group, you will automatically become the administrator of that group. You can also be promoted or demoted to administrator by another group administrator. As a group administrator you will have the following privileges:
Add members to the group
Remove group members
Promote a member as an administrator
Demote a member as an administrator
Muting a group
Within the detail of the group through a specific button, it will be possible to change the group. Silencing a group will allow you to no longer receive any notification in reference to any action or interaction that occurs within the group also in reference to the events that will be created
Group detail
Once the group has been created, from the group details you will be able to:
Add members: by clicking on the appropriate button you can add a new member to the group; the action is allowed only and exclusively to group administrators. New members must be registered in the SeeYouAt and their mobile number must be present in the phone contacts. All new members added will be able to see all the events going on in the group
Remove members: by clicking on the desired member, you can select the remove option; the action is allowed only and exclusively to group administrators. All events created by the member you are going to remove will be automatically cancelled
Promote or remove as administrator: by clicking on the desired member it will be possible to promote him as an administrator or remove him as an administrator of the group
Call him: by clicking on the desired member it will be possible by choosing the "call" option, to call the group member directly
View their profile: by clicking on the desired member it will be possible, by choosing the "view profile" option, to view the profile of the group member
Change the name of the group: by selecting the name of the group it will be possible to change it and save the new name
Leaving the group: leaving a group, all the events you create within the group will be automatically removed and will no longer be accessible; you will also no longer receive updates from this group. If you are the only admin of the group before leaving you will need to promote a member as an admin
Delete a group: once the group has been abandoned, you can delete it to permanently delete it from your group list
